My Birthday at Disneyland!

This year Disneyland had a special deal where you could get into the park for free on your birthday. Well, in my case that wasn't necessary since I have a season pass. So instead of a free ticket in, I received a gift card for the amount of a ticket. Good deal, huh? Well Nathan's season pass had expired the week earlier, so I used it toward the price of renewing his pass.
Anyway, when I woke up that morning, it was pouring rain. I was still determined to go though so I could get my gift card. Nathan, luckily, was able to get off work early and come with us. Even in the rain, we had a lot of fun, and no lines!

We had to get a photo in front of the big Christmas tree, but Julia just wanted to go play...
This was the nicest Santa! And there was no line! So we just hung out with him for a bit and took or time taking some pictures.

My parents and a few of my siblings came for a visit over the weekend. We had some free passes to Legoland, so we went while they were here.

but was a little uncomfortable in her wet jeans afterword.

Jon and Kara

Hooray! Jon and Kara finally came for a visit. Jon had a break from school and Kara was done with her grueling internship. They weren't here for long, but we made sure to have fun while we had the chance! We went to the zoo one day, and then the next Kara and I did what we do best. Shopping. And then they had to go home. Boo.

Meagan & Cory

Four weeks ago today my best friend, Meagan, and her fiance, Cory, were married! The ceremony was so beautiful! We were so lucky to be a part of it. Mason walked down the aisle with the ring bearer, Julia was a flower girl and I was a bridesmaid (and Nathan was supportive).

My mom made all the bridesmaid dresses. Aren't they lovey?

Mason is One!

On November 2, Mason had his first birthday. The week before, we were in Arizona, so we had a birthday party for him at my parents house.

Nathan wasn't able to make it to Mason's party in AZ, so back in San Diego, on Mason's birthday, we had a mini party. Mason got to eat a Skinny Cow while we sand Happy Birthday!

Great Grandma and Grandpa Jeppesen had sent him a gift in the mail, so he had a gift to open on his birthday.

I'm so blessed to have Mason in my life and to be his mother!
