So this is a picture of my #1, and pretty much only, item I want/need for the new baby. It's a Phil and Ted's Sport Stroller Double. This stroller has GREAT reviews, and I've talked to many moms who own the stroller and LOVE it. It is the only tandem jogging stroller out there. I really didn't want a side by side. I think it's pretty amazing. The only problem is, it's gonna run me just under $500. I don't know if Nathan will let me spend that :( I think it's worth the investment, though, and I have read that Phil and Ted's has a great warranty and costumer care. The only place that sells them is Just Juvenile in North Scottsdale, or you have to order online. So I think one of these days I'm going to have to make the treck out there to take a look. I'm trying to decide what color I want. I really like the green, but it also comes in red, navy and black. Is the green too much?

I'm pretty sure the green is too much for me, but then again didn't you have that green car?? maybe it's your color! haha. I know there are other tandem double strollers, but if you want jogging that makes it harder. Have you looked on ebay for it? That's where I got my stroller for much less than retail. Let us know what you decide!

Yeah, I looked on ebay and craigslist, and they're still about the same price.
I like the green. It is gender neutral and just a little bit crazy. Yeah my stroller was pretty expensive too! Maybe you could get all your aunts and uncles to chip in on it and get it for you. You have so many aunts/uncles that it would only cost each of them like $20.
Hey Kass, I saw one on Craigslist this week. Maybe you should keep checking to save some money. This is the jogging stroller I wanted too, but I wasn't willing to spend the money! Plus it's so hard to push two kids and still keep good form. I just leave them with their Dad! :-)

That is so funny you posted this because that is all I have been obsessing about lately. I was looking at this stroller too but ultimately bought the Red Joovy Ultralight stroller. It is a sit and stand stroller so baby in front and Summer in back. Very light and also great reviews. Awesome stroller but probably not for jogging. Amazon is having 10% off with free shipping so you can get yours there and save $50! My Joovy cost $243. Strollers are big investments... so are babies.
I like it!! The green is pretty bright but hey...you definitely won't get run over while jogging because everyone will be able to see you!

Make a deal with Nathan. Take the money you would have spent on a new designer diaper bag and put it towards the stroller, that will bring the cost down, and you can find totally cute diaper bags for under $50 all over.
thats the one i want when we have our 2nd. i kind of like the green. i saw someone with a green one one time and i thought, "oh they are so cute and trendy." take the plunge and let me know how it goes :)

You've been obsessing over the stroller for a while now so I'm pretty sure you always figure a way to get what you want like most women, me included. The only thing is you don't usually jog with your kids you go when they are sleeping so would it really be used to jog with or just an everyday stroller and is it worth the fancyness just for that?? I really wouldn't know.
Yes, I have had the luxury lately of jogging early in the morning with out Julia. But when we move to California in December, I will not have live in babysitters or be able to afford a gym membership. So yes, it is worth all the fanciness. Well, at least I hope :)

well, after looking at a lot of strollers, i agree with you. this is the best double if you want to jog but don't want to buy a separate tandem one for shopping, etc. good call, kass!
Phil & Teds Sport Stroller Double is looking elegant in green. As you said it has got great reviews and most people trust the brand. The only thing to worry is cost of the stroller. I suggest you to use Icoo Pushchairs It has great reviews and available at affordable price.
