We Miss Daddy!

Nathan left Friday night for Guatemala and I missed him so much right away! He's going to be there for 2 weeks for a medical mission. He went down with other students and doctors to work on the people down there. He was very excited to go, and it will be great for his personal and medical growth. I just miss him so much, and since communications are limited, I'm not quite sure when I'll get to talk to him next.
While I'm on the subject of my sweetheart, I just want to let everybody know how much I love him! He is such an exceptional guy! He treats Julia and I so well. And we will be so happy when he comes back!

Happiest Place on Earth!

Last week, my family, Uncle Matt, Aunt Melissa, and some of my cousins, went to Disneyland. It was so fun!!! I wanted to stay longer! We were only going to go for two days, but by the end of the second day, we hadn't had enough, so we decided to go a third day. My family went for five! I'm so jealous, but Nathan couldn't get off work for that long. Julia went on all the rides she could, and wasn't scard at all. Before we left on Sataurday, we stopped at Newport Beach. It was such a beautiful day! While we were there, Julia ran around in her diaper, and a bird pooped on my head! Pretty sick. I took so many pictures, so I decided to post a few. There's also a pretty long slide show below. If you have time, hope you watch it! :) I love Disneyland!!!!

I think Julia was wondering why Minnie was dressed the same as her.
I love Sleeping Beauty's Castle!
My Family in front of the Park. We had so much fun!!!!
Newport Beach
As soon as we got to the beach, Julia started taking her clothes off. The only other time she does that is when I start the bath. So, I guess she thinks the Ocean is a giant bathtub! :)

Best of 2007
GREATEST MEMORY - I have a lot this year b/c of Julia. She started sitting, crawling and walking this year! All very cool memories. But I would have to say the greatest was when she started saying "thank-you". She was just about a year and it was so cute! It was one of her first words, so that was very exciting.
GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT - Making it another year with Nathan in Med school and raising Julia :)
GREATEST HEARTACHE -Nathan having to leave out of town for three months for rotations
GREATEST EPIPHANY - Moving back in with my parents isn't so bad. They help me out a lot with Julia, and I love being able to spend so much time with my family.
GREATEST YOUTUBE VID - Probably the miss teen usa "maps" one (I do't know how else to explain it, but you know)
GREATEST MOVIE - Harry Potter or Pirates. I know many people wouldn't agree with me, but I love fantasy stuff.
GREATEST RECORDS - Muse and The Good Life
GREATEST CONCERT - Muse and The Good Life :)
GREATEST MOMENT OF IMMATURITY -When I got called to teach the Sunbeams, I went out to my car and cried. Then I told Nathan I was going home and never coming back to church again! I'm such a baby.
GREATEST AREA OF GROWTH - I'm trying to be a better mother. Trying...
GREATEST MOMENT - Wouldn't that be the same as favorite memory? Well, I can't pick a favorite. Just a lot of the cute things Julia does :)

I am tagging the following individuals to post their answers to the above Greatest of 2007. Cut + paste, folks. Heather Peck, Melissa Larson, Mom, Taya Jones, and (if you have time with that new baby) Catherine Griffith.
